El Paso & Juarez

The crime in Juarez has always made the city a risky place to be in. But now crime is at an all-time high because of the drug cartels trying to take over the city. Juarez is our neighboring city, but I strongly believe we should be very circumspect before opening up our borders.
The drug cartels are already making Juarez a living hell for it's residents and albeit I believe we, not only as a city, but as a nation should help our adjacent city, we must remain prudent. I honestly think we should apply even more security to the border now that we know how dangerous the other side is. But I definitely think it is our duty to help by relocating citizens to safer areas in Mexico, or sending in equipped professionals to build shelters and houses.
